Discounted wristband for eligible customers
A discounted wristband for eligible customers is available at the main token box in the middle of the park. You will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to receive a discounted wristband.
Acceptable forms of proof for Disability include:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP- Identification required)
- Blue Badge (photo ID required)
- Signed letter from GP (photo ID required)
- Access Card
Carer Eligibility
- Carers will be asked to provide proof of eligibility to receive a discounted wristband
- Eligible carers will need to be aged 16+
Are you a carer for someone visiting the park?
We offer reduced rate wristbands at £14 each for carers with valid proof (ages 16+).
Accessibility
Less able guests are given every possible assistance by our staff. There is ample room for wheelchairs and easy access to eating facilities, rides and attractions. Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to hire out wheelchairs or pushchairs. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilets can be found at the following locations:
- Behind the dodgems in the far corner of the park
A radar key is required for use of the disabled toilets, If you don’t have your own radar key please ask at the main token box in the middle of the park.
BALPPA Statement on public safety for disabled people
However, certain rides/attractions in our parks can be physically demanding and vigorous. We therefore reserve the right to refuse admission to certain rides/attractions should we feel there is a danger to a particular individual or individuals for whatever reason.
We have been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination.
